Our brush-wear warning unit takes over the monitoring of the wear of your carbon brushes electronically – automatically and reliably. The warning is produced either through a contact in the carbon brush or by means of a micro switch on the holder. Your maintenance intervals can thus be planned, and you profit from major cost savings.
The unit can be used both for alarm circuits which are linked to the machine potential as well as for potential-free alarm circuits.
